I wonder what is it about Shah Rukh that gets me easily turned on every time he turns that gaze on a girl in his films. Is there such a thing as 'on-screen pheromone'?? If I can go all hot-cold-hot-cold about his romantic scenes while just being another face in the audience, what about the actresses he's romancing? Either he's not their type, or they have some kinda invincible armour against his charm and sex appeal :P

I've always loved anything related to ads and Shah Rukh. He seldom talks about his ad philosophy now but I love reading whatever article or interview I can get my hands on, and this is one of them.

• Maya Memsaab review

Being the first film of his I watched at a time when I didn't know anything about him, this film will always be special in my heart. Yes, I watched the oversea 'uncut' version. I like this review, but I don't agree about Maya being a sympathetic character. Why should I sympathise with her for being able to fulfill her wish to act out her greatest fantasy in her dying moment... that of a tragic heroine?
